Cranberries have so much to offer. Every week we hear news of cranberry's health-giving properties. We use organic freeze-dried cranberry powder which is basically cranberries dried at very low temperatures, then made into a powder. Freeze-drying preserves a much higher degree of the flavour and nutrition than other methods.
