Banana hardly needs an introduction as it's officially the world's most favourite fruit. Snuggly fitting into children's pack lunch boxes across the land and providing many a comical moment, banana's are tops. Putting it into chocolate however, was, at least for us, a first. As chocolate is a strictly moisture-free zone, we have to use dried banana powder. It's the whole fruit, with no strange mixers and certified organic too.

Some interesting things about bananas

Due to their combination of natural sugars and carbohydrate, bananas deliver a substantial boost of energy. Apparently enough for a strenuous 90 minute workout. But beyond body building, bananas are used to help prevent or overcome loads of diseases from depression through to PMS. Yes ladies, bananas contain B6 which apparently helps regulate blood sugar levels, which can affect your mood (in a good way). They're also good for nerves, constipation and mosquito bites - rub the bites with the inside of a banana skin. And last in this strange list of banana-health facts is draping them over your rose branches for keeping away the aphids. Smashing.
